Mrs. Theodora Biggs is a mathematics professor at Barlett College, and is one of Larry's professors in his program.
In story #1, she is the first to encounter the three students who are antagonizing him, and becomes concerned for his well-being after he goes missing. She visits the Severises to explain the incident after Mr. Arryls expels the students.
