Toln Faresteed is the arch-nemesis of Larry Severis, and is a general bully and troublemaker, even in mature age. Before attending college, he worked at Redbean Ranch, which is owned by the Faresteed family.

Toln has scraggy brown hair, and his skin is scarred and rough. He is also strong and is very tall for his age.

|TstHabits=
Toln, like all Faresteeds, have a xenophobic upbringing. He has a irrational dislike of half-dragons and bipedals. He believes that pure elves are the only true race. Thankfully, there is not a large amount of support for his views.

Toln's anger is mainly directed at Larry, due to his "disfigured" and freakish look. He often attempts to hurt or humiliate Larry by whatever means and whenever, and he will act violently if his friends interfere. Despite this, he has been defeated several times, as well as being humiliated on other occasions by the likes of Elcra and Mila. Once, when provoked, Larry nearly caused him severe harm by threatening to scratch deeply into his throat, causing Toln to back away.

Toln is often in trouble with the police, and he is banned from both Brackneed's and Severis General Goods.

Toln's family run Redbean Ranch, a meat-producing farm. Like Toln, they have negative opinions of other half-dragons, and have made several controversial rules regarding their ranch, in that only pure-blooded elves may work there. Toln is considered the most outgoing of his family, who look down upon his aggressiveness.

* Elcra once beat him up single-handed in front of others for bullying others. As Toln pointed out, the police turned a blind eye to any charges Elcra could have been laid for assaulting another.
* Mila also beat him up in front of her pub.
* During Story #3, <em>Larrynghitis,</em> Toln attempted to bully Larry, and was forced to retreat, when, after pushing Janessa down, she removed Larry's glove, exposing his claws and his near-violent temperament.
