Redge is an occasional secondary character who works at Mila's pub. He is her most trusted employee and serves as the pub's cook; although he is perfectly capable of running the establishment when Mila is out.

Redge has a degree in architecture, but is dismissive of any questions about it, especially when put forward by Mila. Redge's minor degree allows him to freely design basic and more simplistic buildings; but for more grand and complex designs, he must attend university and get a full degree, as defined by Caldore's legal system.

Redge's father wanted him to be an architect like him, a profession he did not want to advance. To please his father, he had gone to a specialized institution to get his minor degree. He got the job at Mila's so he could further decide on what to do.

When Mila makes any queries into his background, Redge tends to avoid the subject of architecture, or makes it up, possibly because he does not want to come off posh, while at the same time masking the potential crush he has on his employer.
